As creative director at iOne Digital, I led the design vision across brands like HelloBeautiful, Cassius, Global Grind, MadameNoire, and Bossip, ensuring a cohesive yet distinct identity for each. I oversaw cross-functional teams of designers, developers, and content creators, driving brand growth through a unified creative strategy that balanced innovation and audience engagement. My leadership focused on crafting impactful visual experiences that resonated with iOne’s diverse audiences while maintaining each brand’s unique voice.
In editorial and sales design, I developed modular content systems that streamlined production while elevating storytelling. I created polished sales materials—media kits, pitch decks, and branded collateral—centered on data insights and audience engagement, effectively positioning the brands for advertisers. Motion design was another critical component, as I spearheaded branded animations and dynamic video graphics that enhanced video storytelling, bringing energy and consistency across platforms.
On social media, I introduced a cohesive design system that amplified each brand’s presence while catering to platform-specific content. My UX design efforts focused on a mobile-first approach, optimizing site navigation, integrating interactive media, and improving user engagement through simplified, intuitive interfaces.
